Stamped steel base, for hinged doors. If the Veeder Root computer brackets are stamped steel then the pump used a stamped base. Fits both tall and short 39’s. The base will have pits in the metal in  places, after all it has set on the ground for 70 years. Some could be deep but the base will be structurally sound.
